The importance of music in creating a sense of identity and place cannot be overstated; for many musicians, their favourite piece is one that has become intertwined with treasured memories and a connection to home.

My treasured memories of music are tied to growing up singing pieces composed by Pamela L. Walker OAM.

I am now able to share these rarely performed pieces to a wider audience through this project initially supported by Regional Arts Victoria.

This musical program explores a range of classical music, featuring the works of South Australian composer, Pamela L Walker OAM, and the immortal words of world-renowned poets Adam Lindsay Gordon, Will Ogilvie, Max Harris and John Shaw Neilson.

Featuring soprano Naomi Summers, dramatic contralto Liane Keegan,  mezzo soprano Juel Riggall and pianist Isaac Mouskovias.
